Doc Scrubber

Before you send a contract, proposal, RFP response or resume, Doc Scrubber shows what the file says about you: author and last-modified-by names, company, comments and who wrote them, tracked changes and who made them, revision ids, template and folder paths, hidden sheets and slides, embedded photo GPS. You choose what to remove (comments, properties, author names, tracked changes: leave, accept all or reject all), download the clean copy and see a second report of what is still inside. Free for 5 files at a time; Hexloom Pro ($29 a year or $4 a month, all Hexloom tools) adds unlimited batches, whole-folder drop and zip download. Removes the fields listed on the page; not a guarantee that no identifying information remains.
