Terms of Service

By using Phyco (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using the catalogue

Phyco is provided for informational purposes. Listings describe third-party websites we do not operate or control. We do not guarantee that any listed service is available, accurate, safe or fit for your purpose, so evaluate it yourself before relying on it. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Submitting a website

When you submit a website you confirm that you have the right to share the information and images provided, and you grant Phyco a non-exclusive licence to display them in the catalogue. Submissions are checked before publishing. We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, for example duplicates, dead links, adult content, or pages built only to manipulate search engines. Listing is free and is not guaranteed.

Reviews

• Write only about services you have actually used, and describe your own experience rather than repeating what you read elsewhere.
• One review per account per website. Creating extra accounts to review the same service, or reviewing your own service, gets the reviews and the accounts removed.
• No payment, discount or other incentive may be offered or accepted in exchange for a review. This applies to owners and to reviewers.
• No personal data about other people, no unlawful accusations, no abuse, and no links or promotional text inside review bodies.
• You keep ownership of what you write and grant us the right to display it on the Service. You can delete your review at any time.
• We may hide a review that breaks these rules. We do not remove reviews because their subject asked us to, and no payment changes that.

Owners

A verified owner may reply once to each review of their listing and may keep the listing details accurate. Replies are public and follow the same rules as reviews. If you believe a review is unlawful or fabricated, report it and a person will look at it.

Acceptable use

• No spam, malware or content you do not hold the rights to.
• No attempts to disrupt the Service or scrape it at scale.
• No impersonating a website owner or another user.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Phyco is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Service or of any website listed on it. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements by Phyco.
