Try editing without signing up. Free accounts can download PNG and PDF stencils with up to three layers on one page. Pro adds SVG, DXF and Cricut exports, more layers and tiled printing. There are also 300 patterns plus 38 lettering and number templates with free printable downloads.
Pro costs $10/month, $90/year or $99 lifetime. Use artwork you own or have permission to use.
