Add your website with AI
Describing your own service in a form is the boring part. Hand it to an assistant: it reads the site, fills in the 16 category options, pricing, platforms and features, and gives you back a link that opens our form already completed.
Enter the address of the website you want to list.
The prompt

You are helping me list a website in the Phyco catalogue (https://phyco.org), a directory of websites and online services with user reviews. The website to describe: https://example.com STEP 1. Open the website and read it. If you cannot browse the web, say so and ask me to paste the homepage text instead of guessing. STEP 2. Work out these fields. Use only what the website itself states. If something is not stated, leave that field out entirely rather than inventing it. - name: the product or company name as written on the site. Max 100 characters. - category: exactly one slug from this list, nothing else: - ai: AI & Automation - business: Business & Productivity - developers: Developer Tools - design: Design & Creative - marketing: Marketing & SEO - finance: Finance & Crypto - shopping: Shopping & E-commerce - education: Education & Learning - health: Health & Wellness - entertainment: Entertainment & Media - communication: Communication & Social - privacy: Privacy & Security - utilities: Utilities & Converters - travel: Travel & Transport - home: Home & Real Estate - jobs: Jobs & Careers - tagline: one line, 10 to 200 characters, saying what the service does for whom. No slogans. - description: 3 short paragraphs, 400 to 900 characters in total. First: what it does and who it is for. Second: how it works or what is distinctive, in concrete terms. Third: limits, pricing model or who it is not for. Plain statements only. - pricing: one of FREE, FREEMIUM, PAID. - priceNote: the entry price if the site states one, e.g. "from $9/mo". Max 60 characters. Omit if not stated. - platforms: any that apply from: web, ios, android, desktop, api, extension. - features: 3 to 6 concrete capabilities, one per line, max 120 characters each. WRITING RULES, they matter more than polish: - Every claim must be checkable on the site. No "leading", "powerful", "revolutionary", "seamless", "cutting-edge". - Do not use em dashes or en dashes anywhere. Use a plain hyphen, a comma or a colon. - Write in plain English for a reader who has never heard of this service. - Do not mention Phyco in the description, and do not write about reviews or ratings. - If the site is adult content, a scam, or has no real content, stop and tell me it does not belong in the catalogue. STEP 3. Return exactly two things and nothing else: 1. A single ready-to-open link, URL-encoding every value: https://phyco.org/submit?url=URL&name=NAME&category=SLUG&tagline=TAGLINE&description=DESCRIPTION&pricing=PRICING&priceNote=NOTE&platforms=web,api&features=ONE%0ATWO%0ATHREE Rules for the link: percent-encode each value, separate features with %0A, separate platforms with commas, and drop any parameter you have no value for. 2. Under the link, the field values in plain text, so I can check them before submitting. STEP 4. Then add this short note, adapted to what you found: "Opening the link fills in the form on https://phyco.org. Check every field, add a logo and at least one screenshot, and press submit. A person reviews the submission, usually within a couple of days. After it goes live you can claim the listing to prove the domain is yours: the claim page gives you a token to put in a meta tag named phyco-site-verification, in a file at the site root, or in a DNS TXT record. Verified owners can edit the listing and reply to reviews in public."
How it goes
- 01
Enter your address
The prompt below rewrites itself around it. Nothing is sent anywhere at this point.
- 02
Paste it into any assistant
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, whatever you already use. It reads your site and drafts the listing from what is actually on the page.
- 03
Open the link it gives back
Our form opens with the fields already in place. Check them, add a logo and a screenshot, press submit.
- 04
Prove the domain is yours
After the listing goes live, claim it with a meta tag, a file or a DNS record. That unlocks editing, the Verified badge and public replies to reviews.
What the prompt will not do
- It does not submit anything. The assistant hands you a link; the form is sent by you, after you have read what it wrote. An assistant that offers to press the button for you is doing something we did not ask it to do.
- It does not skip the review. A person still checks every submission for dead links, duplicates and spam. A generated description does not get published faster than a written one.
- It should not invent features. The prompt tells the assistant to use only what the site states and to leave a field out rather than guess. Models still slip, so read the draft before you send it: the listing has your name on it, not the model's.
- It does not verify the domain. Verification needs a token that only exists after the listing is created, and it has to appear on your site. No assistant can shortcut that, which is the point of it.
Rather type it yourself?
The plain form takes a few minutes and asks for the same things. Both routes end in the same review queue.
